Our development partner
Oikos Property Developments is an Athens-based residential and hotel developer with more than 15 years of experience. Its speciality is converting commercial buildings into homes and bringing listed historic buildings back to life.
It develops projects in Athens' most sought-after neighbourhoods and in select regions of Greece, with offices in Greece, Cyprus and China.

Prices and availability are taken from Oikos' official price list of 24 October 2026 and are refreshed on the morning of the event. All projects are handed over with electrical appliances.

You can put your questions both to us and directly to the developer. Any question not answered at the table is sent to Oikos in writing the same day, and you receive the answer in writing.

There are three sessions during the day, all with the same content. Each session gathers up to 12 guests around a single meeting table.
